If we are employing woman employees than it is statutory obligantion that we have to maintain a creache in the company.
Even as we know the minimum strength is 30 for that; but for the better and healthy relations with the employees we have to maintain a creache with in the organization. It will help out to the parents to work with more productivity and will create a great environment.

Dear all

The suggestions given by some of our friends are good. Female employees bring their children to office under un-avoidable circumstances, as there could be no one in their home to look after the kids. It would be inevitable for a women employee to take her kid to office, when both the couple are employees and no one at home to look after the kid. But this situation has to be seen in a positive and humanistic manner, rather than enforcing the rules and regulations of the office to restrict mothers to bring kids to office.

As a matter of fact, bringing kids by women employees naturally cause hurdles to the office work during working hours and it may disturb other employees also.

However, it not out of place to mention here that every organization, or firm, has to adopt certain Employee welfare measures in the interest of the employees. The Management has to take steps for opening of Baby Crutches in the office so that the employees kids will be placed there for taking care by some ayas and other care takers. For this purpose, the Management can collect some financial contributions from the lady employees so that this arrangement can be mae. Management may also contribute something to this arrangement under Social Security welfare measures or under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This will facilitate women employees to take more initiative in their office work without any fear about their kids who will be in safe position under the care by authorised and qualified care takers. Women employees who bring kids to office, will concentrate more on the office work and productive work will be improved further.
