If you have not any Job Profile as per your qualification you diredc;y approch to you BOSS regarding the J.D.If you dont get it then you directly report to Your DIRECTOR (Operations ) through Mail.This would definately help you.
The same was done with me and this was done by me and i got my J.B. after 02 days.
