Please tell me, what is the due date for LWF contribution? Is it to be paid on a monthly basis, half-yearly, or annually? Are there any returns that need to be submitted, or is it only contributions?

In the state of Haryana, we are required to deduct Labour Welfare Fund Contribution from the wages/salary of each and every employee, irrespective of the amount of wages. Regardless of the wage amount, we must deduct LWFC if the employee is drawing wages and is on the company's payroll on the last day of the month.

khola Sir, thank you for guidance. but a little confusion , as if an employee getting > 50 k , which type of benefits he will use through LWF share contributing by him.
