Lot of confusion here, so I would keep it short.

If you are with any organization where you have faked experience, then quit that organization. If they catch you, then you will be in deep trouble. If you go and tell them that you have cheated, then it's up to them to pardon you or take action. I would recommend, don't take that chance.

Apply to any new organization with a clean slate. You seem to be a fresher in the industry; it's good to correct your mistakes in the early part of your career. Trust me, bad karma hits you back...
