Dear nkthakur,
You can improve only by OBSERVATION. Your listening skills and hearing skills should be concentrated upon. Try to observe people who are fluent. Listen to them with care. Take in all the necessary inputs.
To take necessary inputs, first, you have to identify where you are going wrong to correct yourself, which leads to perfection. Identify yourself as to where you go wrong. Then you can observe the same in others regarding how they pronounce such words or speak in such situations to handle yourself in the best manner.
As Anitha said, you have to do a lot of reading and try to speak in English in your friend circle, keeping your embarrassment and ego aside.
From personal experience, I would suggest you try talking in front of the mirror and practice so that you can judge yourself on how you are presenting yourself. Self-help is the best help!

Dear Sir,
You always feel that seniors know better, and moreover, I suppose this site is easily accessible to anybody. I feel everybody has their way of expressing, and there is no meaning in pointing out everything.

In the corrected text, I have fixed the punctuation errors and added a comma after "I" to improve the sentence structure. I have also ensured proper paragraph formatting with a single line break between the two paragraphs. The original meaning and tone of the message have been preserved.

Freedom of expression is unfettered. Do you see it or just imagine it?

The first sentence is your conclusion, already concluded. The second part is the question on it on which you are yet to pay attention. Attention, please.

Dear Sir,
There are two ways to clarify one's doubts:
1) Make a person understand clearly what he/she wants to convey.
2) If he/she does not understand, make them confused to satisfy one's own ego.
You being a psychologist, I suppose you know this better. You can play and manipulate with anyone.
You are great, Sir!

Everyone is the best judge of himself/herself but if he/she errs then he/she will be ditched and none can help him/her. Yes,arrogance is always detrimental to communication skill. Am I right?
