Organize a Cultural Programme featuring well-known artists. There will be a Fancy Dress competition for employees, their family members, group dances, etc., followed by a 'Lunch/Dinner' with family members. Additionally, arrange for gifts for all the participants.

Hi Sonal,
I think if there is a budget problem in the company, we can collect a very small amount from the employees to conduct games for them and distribute prizes among them. This way, they will feel refreshed.

In my opinion, it is good to celebrate Diwali with your employees by distributing sweets and gifts for their families. However, before doing so, it is important to provide them with a little knowledge about Diwali celebrations and the safety of themselves and their families during fireworks.

Hi,
In case you're planning to order lunch for employees on the Diwali occasion, my suggestion is that you can organize a "POTLUCK", where each employee can bring something prepared from home, whether it's homemade lunch or sweets from outside. It doesn't matter if the quantity is less because when more employees participate, it automatically becomes sufficient for all. It's truly fun!

Jessica :)
