Motivation is a big source of energy. To motivate employees, contact a philosopher who gives lectures. Schedule the lecture after a month-long period. It will help refresh employees' minds and boost their working ability.

Dear All,

If an employee's pocket and mind both are fulfilled, they can be better motivated. Everyone works for the three Rs: Reputation, Recognition, and Remuneration. When an employee receives these three Rs, he/she can be more motivated.

Dear Madam,

Nowadays, motivation has become increasingly important, and it is not a single process. Understanding employees' needs and problems is crucial. This needs to be done continuously. Therefore, my suggestion is to introduce a mentoring process in your organization.

Dear All,

Warm greetings.

Can anybody point out the good habit (part of a corporate culture and positive attitude) which I found in Ms. Kavita, that is/was missing in many (not in particular)? Please treat this as a brainstorming session as I am trying to explore human behavior/attitude and studying human psychology, including positive mental attitude and positive thinking skills.

Wishing all good luck.

With profound regards.

Dear Babu, Shaik Abdul, Ashok,

It's really helpful for me as a new, fresh HR. I have gained a wide range of knowledge on motivational aspects. I can't forget to mention dear sister Kavitha, who is the generator of this post. Thank you all for your support.

Thanks and Regards,

Well, nobody had pointed out the good habit of Ms. Kavita, which is thanking people. It helps people to build relationships and can be considered as one of her greatest qualities. We all should possess the same.

I have tried many things starting from compensation to appreciation in performance. But in reality, nothing works better than letting them think out of the box. Extracurricular activities give scope to think beyond one's expectations, help break the barricade of seclusion, and post-traumatic disorder with disillusion in the course of meeting the expected job roles due to stress and anxiety from having worked in the same circumstances.

This may not be the only, but as per my experience, it is your best tool to break the ice.
