I would like to add another reason that sometimes prevents the creative thinking
FEAR factor... and it can be of anything. Boss, Tradition, customs, norms, shame, unknown etc... It was indirectly mentioned in the PPT. However, I think it is one of the major reasons why people dont think outside the box
