Dear Play Boy
First i suggest that this platform is meant for educationist.Do not use this name as play boy.
Second MBA is not a benchmark to get a high salary.
Find the new job
Or find a way to lead them.

Dear Yuvraj,
You are working from past 4 years and you know much more about the way your company works, than the new joined MBA's.Dont let the inferiority complex rule you.Dont think that you are lower than a MBA.They have a degree and a bit more theoritical knowledge than you. But you are having a practical knowledge about your company. And always remember company always want to keep an employee who is having a grip on their company. So dont you worry about it.
Now regarding your salary,as you are a PA to your manager from 2.5 years, you may be sharing a better Communication with him,if not, start sharing. And then you can say him in a better way the problem that you are facing. And ask him ways how you can improve your position or upgrade yourself in your organization.Managers are always ready to give suggestions, you just need to rotate the key in the right way.
One important thing that you can do is immediately upgrade your qualification,Check out the best institute that offers a MBA in correspondance/evening/saturdays & Sundays.
All the best.:icon1:

Hey yuvraj.
As most of the folks suggested you already all the good solutions to yuor problem, First of all I would suggest you to not to feel inferior infront of the new employees.
Remember, getting Rs. 7500/- for a MBA graduate is a shame in itself. You have closer proximity to the highest authority person in the organization and I assume that you must be having good relation with your boss as you have been there for long plus you have been working hard. Go straight to your boss and talk to him polietly about the situation and how you feel. Don't get emotional but justify what you are saying and ask for the guidance.
Meanwhile, keep looking for better job. Sorry, i have no knowledge about opening in Jammu side.
Hopefully, you have found the solution to your problem.

Dear Yuvraj, it's time for you to talk to your immediate boss, as it is MD in your case. When he is in good mood, ask for few minutes to discuss with him your personal problems. Explain to him your problems, financial situation, family situation, your experience in the company, your achievements etc...etc. What are the problems you should discuss with your boss depends on how strong your personal relation with your MD. But, it is my advise not to make a direct comparison with your salary and the newly appointed MBA graduates salary, as it might create a negative impact. Your sucess depends on how wisely you can explain your problems to your boss. please don't get excited, emotional or angry while discussing with your boss. Don't threaten him that you will resign, if your salary is not hiked. Afterall, no company in the world is closed due to the resignation of an employee and no employee is starving as he is sacked by a company. Look at the positive side of your job. Definitely, your boss will listen to you patiently and do the needful. In parellel, please keep trying for a better job. In case all your attempts failed to resolve your problems, don't hesitate to quit the job. Let's hope for the best.

Dear Mr. Yuvraj,
I have gone thru your message and suggestions given by other members. I suggest you to follow the suggestions of Ms supriya, Shikha, Geetha and Neha. It is very simple to ask some one to resign and get a new job but lot of issues will come-up to a married person particularly.
As you said you did graduation after your father's demise. Unfortunately, in India, few industrialists are not given importance for long service, the new trend says "Young blood will have young ideas". They want to change people in order to accept their changing tendency.
I suggest you to come out of your place and upload your CV to few well-known placements who do not ask you to pay huge amounts for placing you in a better company. Your problem is only that you do not want to leave "Jammu" as per your message. If you confine with that area, you should adjust with the changing situations and need to face problems
You should come out and you have worth, you have good language, every company needs your service. Just you need to challenge - when you come out your present boss will certainly realise your way of work and attachment with you and certainly he will find out your address and he may call back.
Every one of us should know that "WORK IS NOT RELATED WITH QUALIFICATION - IT IS BASED ON EFFICIENCY HOW YOU RESPECT THE WORK AND PERFORM", a Manager cannot do like a worker / clerk but a Worker / Clerk upgraded to perform manager's position can do wonders, if he is given proper guidelines and training ex: you can observe small concerns / companies where they do not LIKE to change people.
