Kindly use Mozilla Firefox Browser version below 43.0 for update IP details and then radio buttons are also worked.

I HAVE BIG PROBLEM FROM LONG TIME TO UPDATE IP OR FAMILY AADHAR NUMBER.
I AM USING MOZILA 60.00 .WHENEVER I TRIED TO UPDATE ITS SHOWS RED LINE UNDER AADHAR NUMBER AND SHOW THAT YOU HAVE WRITE ALPHABETS OR FEWER THEN 12 DIGIT. PLEASE HELP ME OUT FROM THIS

I am using "firefox"
but when i click on "Update IP details".... it open new page from where I select my employee then it show 5 Radio Button... now when I try to click on any link like "personal details" or nominee or Aadhaar. its not working.
Am I doing anything wrong...but where I don't know?
My "popup" in not block here.

Update your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer and ESIC Portal is working hassle free in this.
I do have the same problem and now it is resolved by updating the browser IE to the latest.

edit / rectification facility is no more available to employers
handover the form 2 (family declaration form) to employee, to fill and get signed by self and attested by employer and rush to queue to ESIC local / regional office
