I have joined as a Process Trainer in a BPO. I have little confussion in my take home salary. Below mentioned are the pay details. Please help me in understanding my take home.

I am shocked to see advices given by Mr.Rudresh, if you people are not knowing abcd..why do you give advice to others???????
1.Please study ESI Act before you say the percentage.
2. Bonus Act
3. There is no clear cut regulation for fixing HRA as mentioned by you.
4. DA & PT are not mandatory for private organisations as mentioned by you.

Suppose you’re your CTC Calculation is 3 lacs P A then your calculation will be as under as per managerial Policy
which is deponds on managerial policy , if your basic salary will be decided Rs 10500/ then your Hra will be calculation 33%
