The cess is calculated at 1% of ready reckoner rate as per the attachment. This is for Mumbai region.
But this is for pure residential and commercial buildings. Would it be different for factory or other industry? Is there any different circular for it? Or it is dependent on contract value of construction? So work order would be the prime document?

Dear Sir,
I m looking construction work site HR, we have to take BOCW registration of CG state. my question is that what is the frequency of construction site cess payment because in our work order payment of cess value to be ensure on every month of total 1% of RA bill submit to principal employer. it is private construction work site under private company.
kindly provide your valuable suggestion also what are the BOCW compliance check list/ACT and rules which we have to ensure on month to month compliance check list. kindly share the details
