We all discuss about PF deductions on Basic/DA(MW). But now in Ambattur, factories instructed to deduct PF other than HRA, including attendance bonus. If a worker receives wage of 5500.00(Basic+DA:3300, HRA 1500, other alowances 700). The factories are instructed to deduct PF for 4000. and the attendance bonus. which is variable month to month. Please clear this is correct

As order by Provident Fund Commissioner Hayyana no splite minimum wages but under defination of minimum wages Basic +HRA == MINIMUM WAGES.
Please explain PF Commissioner can change defination of minimum wages, under the Act.
