i hv gone thro the comments. here r some more.
- pl find out any other HR person is there and what r his/her responsibilities. if he is handling HR, then what u do is purely admin.
- if u want to hv some experience, u may take up this job, at the same time at ur leisure learn and know abt HR functions, u volunteer for the same, no one will teach u.
- also the taking of the job will depend upon ur financial position. pl weith this.
- like u had mentioned dealing with cab or its admn is pretty difficult and most of the time, it may not suit a female. the drivers are thw worst kind in any region or state, often having criminal background.
-udepending upon ur requirement u may take up this job, but not in the long run
in case of any clarifications pl revert

Hi Anjana,
Just know the talent you have in you.Talent has no Challenge.Leave aside profile but one should be versatile to know the corporate world from every aspect to be sucessful person.Learning never goes waste. Try to grab every opportunity to learn. In hr I learnt that the more you know your people at lower level and their job the more successful you will be.
Think before you act.

If you are looking for HR related job and if your qualification supports the same, well this is NOT the job for you, JD mentioned above don't require a HR background and qualification, also facility maintenance and cab related activities etc. are purely admin and reception related . . .
An HR exe @ a BPO must be doing either end to end recruitment or generalist otherwise employee relations
Shared inputs only
Final decision is yours after all :-)

hi anjana,
as per my information BPO's do not have any admin dept (i did not find it ).all activities work under HUMAN RESOURCE
please answer these questions?
1.when did you complete your MBA?
2.from where did you complete it?
3.is this your first job in HR?
4.are you believe in your abilities, skills?are they enough now to get in HR ?
5.do you feel that, you are enough matured to understand HR functions?
i would suggest you:
THIS JOB IS LITTLE BIT RELATED TO HR some organisations do not have any admin / personnel dept.other than HR,then what they do have??answer for this is HR DEPT.who's taking care of all the activities and you are part of it
do this job,and while doing this job try to learn other important functions of HR,once you feel that this is the correct step/time to take the decision
please revert back:)

Dear,
what profile you are handling this time in your present company that is related to core HR Profile.but the offer which you have this time that is Admin profile.if u feel that job is satisfactory than you can join bt if u r not feeling comfortable with the job responsiblities how u will b able to do the work. if you dont like the job profile u wont b able to give your best which u can give to that job which u actualy like.job responsiblites matters alot .if there is chance to grow and learn than only u can think bt as per my concern u deserve much better and u will find some another good job oppertunities.
