I had responded this post because I thought you were the victim like me. However, there is a huge difference between your case and my case.
In my case, I am a VICTIM. Settled case has been turned into unsettled case by the bad elements of State Apparatus. There is evasion of RULE OF LAW OF THE LAND at every moment by the Judges and Advocates from Lower Court to High Court to Supreme Court of India.
Backstabbing and Criminal Conspiracy to kill us by the Bad Element of State Apparatus through PROXY WAR since 12 years.
Under this harsh conditions, on the one hand, I was busy in saving the life of my handicapped infirm old age parents and on the other hand responding to the Wrath of Judicial Terrorism; collecting all material evidence against the bad elements of State Apparatus since 12 years long proxy war and placing it before the Apex Court to punish them.
However, instead of punishing them Apex Curt protected and shielded them. Same lumpen ism & abuse of court process being repeated in the Apex Court and my Petition was stopped to place before CJI.
In other words, Bad elements of State Apparatus went on unpunished and shielded/protected by the Apex Court.
