i belive instead of going around some unauthorized institutes i suggest you to go for only authorized sap - elearning cnetres which are alllvoer india.
THOSE details are available at sap.com/asia or search in a yahoo groups / vizag.
it will cost you 25k for learning and 25k for certification for which you willbe getting siemens server login and your name will be in authorized database.

hi umesh, thanx for the info about SAP HR. It was quite informative. But i need some more informations. Can you mail me something more about the same. My mail id is . I am waiting for your mail.
Dear Umesh,
Greetings!
Its a really good presentation where u have give detailed info abt SAP.
Dear Rohini,
Doing SAP in ordinary institute will not get exposure in IMPLEMENTATION and u wont get SAP Certification rather than u will get Certificate or course completion certificate from the local Institute.
SAP authorized institue are SImens and Genovate. The fee cost for SAP HR in Genovate is Rs. 1 Lakh 60 Thousand rupees and Fee cost in Simens is 3 Lakh.

Hi All,
I have a year experience in HR, planning to do SAP. Can any one let me know the best institutes in chennai which give good training along with placement guidance or assurance.
Kindly tel me whether SAP is valued only if a person possess MBA. Since i have pursued M.Sc - HRD, will SAP be useful for me to be absorbed by Organisations. Pls.... clear me on this...
Is SAP valued more, only if it is done in Siemens?
Kindly inform me on the fee structures too..
Expecting more replies from my seniors.......

Hi,
The SAP training is very expensive. The scenario of SAP-HR is very much similar to the scenario that was for MBA professionals few years ago, at that time MBAs were not avilable and today SAP people are not available. The same thing will happen again, by the time you finish your SAP course and join a company, by that same time lakhs of poeple will be trained for SAP already, thus again boom of SAP will be gone.
So it is advisable to join a company which has already implemented SAP in the Organisation and get the SAP training there only on the job.
That's my view and I have succeeded in it.
There is a good quote citing the above case for people like us who suffer from boom.
The better part of life is spent saying:
"It's too early" and then It's too late".
have a great weekend,
