Dear Octavious,
At the very outset, let me thank you for sharing knowledge with all. Your post is really nice but not words. It seems you are a marketing guy, not HR. This forum is to share knowledge with each other. It's really praiseworthy that you have posted numerous articles here. But it does not mean by any sense that you would force individuals to give comments on it. If I am not wrong, your purpose of posting was to let everyone gain knowledge through "BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY", the number of downloads seems that you have helped many people. I think that should give you satisfaction. Many of the people are tied up with many kinds of work; they cannot give comments to every post (but that doesn't mean they are intentionally not posting their comments). So, we expect from you not to post such insulting language further in the forum.
Thanks Ipsita

Hi Octavous,
It was a very nice posting. Thanks a lot. Octavious, I saw our anger in the lines you addressed for the site members, but dear, at least you are getting a response and some people are praising you, unlike me. I have posted certain queries where people have not even bothered to look, not talking of any response. It's fine...
So even you should not feel annoyed, buddy. Just chill and keep posting; you will definitely be acknowledged, if not by site members, then maybe in some other form that you will soon realize...
Bless you.
Warm Regards

Hi Mr. Octavious,
We could really understand your frustrations, but as an HR professional, you should not be so harsh because we are the people who give more importance to the term "attitude." We really appreciate your efforts and knowledge sharing, but nobody really compels anyone for any type of contribution, so whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly. This is my opinion. I'm sorry if I've mentioned anything wrong.
Best wishes,
Prabaharan

Hi,
Thanks for the post. Your concern towards the replies is true, and a little bit of negative marketing is required at times. However, the same could be a little bit mild and still do the trick, right?
Anyways, I didn't find a way to use it as I have already read the book. For someone who has not read it, it would not be of great help as the concept is not so easy to understand.

Hello,
Nobody compelled anybody in this forum to download the file, but all of you are doing the same out of your choice. I don't feel I am wrong, and if any person who feels I am wrong, then kindly do not show any association with me.
To be a good HR professional, one needs to have good listening skills and an eye for details, not just an MBA degree.
Further, to clarify my stand and to make my critics understand, I am providing you with a link. I would request all interested individuals to visit the same. [The link has been removed.]
Thank you,

Hello,
I am not looking for any praise from anyone for any of my postings. Kindly read the comment that Rakhi has made on my post. Who are you arguing for, the bad or the good? To be a good HR professional, one needs an eye for details and good listening skills, not just an MBA degree. After the initial posts, most of the people have commented on the topic without even understanding my views and comments.
Thank you,
Octavious

Hello,
"Blue Ocean Strategy" is a book written by W. Chan Kim and Renée. The strategy talks about how a proper strategic approach can make competition irrelevant. The strategy is basically used in marketing, but the same concept can be applied in the HR field. The book also discusses how to create a blue ocean environment.
The current style and strategy adopted by companies in the market is referred to as the "Red Ocean." The Blue Ocean Strategy represents an evolution of a new approach and strategy to make any company strong enough to not be bothered by competition. One of the key factors in the Blue Ocean Strategy is "value innovation."
Various tools are utilized in the Blue Ocean Strategy, and it is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of these tools before implementing them. The tools used in the Blue Ocean Strategy also have applications in Six Sigma. "Funky Business" and "Sensational Strategy" are some ideas similar to the Blue Ocean Strategy.
I hope I have provided you with some insight into the Blue Ocean Strategy.
Thank you,
Octavious
