1) Submittion of FORM No.1 OF PLANS OF THE FACTORIES to the Chief Factories Inspector.
2) Purpose behind the application of the factories must be mantions.
3) Prescribed the nature of palns,
4) Regristration Fees which is aplicable.
5) Submit area map where u want to start the palnt.

Every application for the grant of a license in regional labour office shall be accompanied by a certificate from the Principal employer in Form No. V to the effect that the applicant has been employed or is proposed to be employed by him as contractor in relation to his establishment and that he undertakes to be bound by all the provisions of the Act and rules made there under in respect of employment of contract labour by the applicant

sir,
if the contractor providing more than 40 labours at different place of principal employer but at one premises it is about 5 to 6(less than 20) and all the sites are in one state but in different district. Is the abour contractor have to take the labour licence for all the sites?
-Principal employer is coming under provisions of central labour act,
-the contarct is given by one contract letter but specifically mantioned different site and number of person.
-bills are prepaired individual for all the sites

My query is:- We have a office at Lucknow & Meerut and we have already obtained the Contract Labour Registration Certificate from the Office of Dy Labour Commissioner (C ) for UP State. if it is mandatory to obtain a Contract Labour Registration Certificate for Meerut also.
