Good ppt. Recently I had conducted interviews for a new position open to existing employees and ended up being appalled at the lack ff importance given by majority of candidates on the basics. I think I will conduct a session for them using your ppt. :)

But like some poited out.......how to test attitude. I mean interviews should not remain the only tool to judge a candidate.
Some peolple are not good in interviews but yet when in the workplace the productivity is high and vice versa.
