as your query is concerned ,earlier karnatka high cout judgement said that we should deduct pf on leave encashment but lateron madras high court has given different verdict and said that leave encashment does not attract deduction and while giving judgement he has taken consideration of karnataka court judgement.
now i feel madras court judgement will prevail and we sitting in delhi are not deducting p f on leave encashment and authorities are also not objecting.
