I would like to support the suggestion of Mr. Akhil Bhartiya. In connection with this, please review the following evidence:

1. Do you have your resignation acceptance letter from your employer?
2. Refer to the Notice Pay clause; it may be recoverable or you may be required to complete your notice period.
3. Do you have a copy of the no dues certificate signed by your employer on the date of relieving?
4. Obtain a copy of the Full and Final settlement and verify if your employer has deducted your Notice pay amount along with taxes. If not, this could be a strong point for legal action.
5. Why have you not received a response to your email? Instead of email, I suggest you communicate further via Registered Post as advised by your advocate, to provide evidence.
