Just a small query - let us assume an example: if a woman on maternity leave consumes her 26 weeks of holiday and also adds a 1-month extension on the grounds of Section 10, but is still unable to return to work, what action can the company take on the grounds of business suffering? If allowable, what actions can be taken and how many leave days are allowed?
