Dear Vinayak Nagarkar,

If I were to produce the proof of employment for both part-time and full-time positions, let's say if they were to ask for my appointment letters for both roles. If I were to submit the documents, sooner or later they would notice, after reading through my full-time appointment letter, a sentence mentioning, "No engagement in part-time or consultancy work allowed." At the same time, I have also done part-time work. If they look at my part-time proof, both sets of documents will create chaos for the recruiter. There is a possibility they may terminate my employment and ask me numerous questions, mentioning how I engaged in part-time employment when my full-time company does not allow it.

Dear Arun, Proof of employment is service certificate and not appointment letter. So don’t think too much . Act. Regards, Vinayak Nagarkar HR- Consultant
