Hello All,

In my view, the only thing to be done is to change such an organization where the culture is not good. It is really difficult to survive and grow, especially when it comes to the manager. That is the reason it is said that people do not leave an organization, but they leave bosses. If you are willing to continue in the same organization, give thought to changing your team. Moreover, I would also suggest, as Dinesh Sir suggested, please do introspection before you make any decisions.

Thanks,
Priya

You can discuss as a team and come up with decisions to solve and fix the issue. Make sure that none of them give up.

It is very difficult to reach a conclusion without considering other aspects. It is obvious that the acceptability of a new boss is challenging in a pre-existing team, especially for the person who was expecting to hold the position that the new individual has been appointed to. Due to frustration, he becomes involved in unionizing the team and starts contradicting. I am not sure if the same situation is applicable to you or not. My suggestion to you is to please stay positive and avoid getting involved in politics that you cannot control. Understand the perspective of the new boss as well.

Please ignore if this is not helpful.
