Only monthly PF (employee contribution) Rs. 2428/-will be deducted from that & u will get Rs. 42089/-.
The Gratuity shown in ur Offer will be due only if u work for 5 years in the company,
if u left before that IBM, may be, not going to pay u anything agst Gratuity.
U can save TDS (Tax deduction) after submitting relevent proof agst
1 HRA (50% of Basic/Actual HRA paid/Actual HRA paid-10% of Basic), (whichever is less)
2 Medical Exemption/Allowance (15000),
3 Investment Savings (under 80C, upto Rs. 1.50 L)
4 Conveyance Allowance Rs. 19200/- (No proof required)

There could be other Tax Exemptions / Benefits as well.
But all the above depends if u get the things adjusted in ur Salary Structure properly.
IBM, being so reputed co., shud have some in built provisions in the accounting/salary process.
IBM shud clear u the thing time of offering you the letter.
As suggested by the fellow member & experts, lastly u consult the matter with ur HR dept.
