First, put up circulars on official notice boards stating that employees not wearing appropriate uniforms will be barred from entering the premises. For those attempting entry without uniforms, allow them only after obtaining a written undertaking for condonation for the first offense and assurance of compliance moving forward. Ensure that this condition is officially included in the service terms by your administration through the necessary amendments. Subsequently, do not permit entry without uniforms, mark them absent, and for repeated offenses, take disciplinary action against them.
