We Have more than 100 labours who don't have either salary accounts or personal bank Accounts. is there any grace period provision for disbursement of salary in this case, as it has become compulsory to disburse the salary by bank accounts only?

Dear sir,
As per the payment of wages act every employer has to pay workers wages by 7th and 10th of each month, it can be through cheque or direct NEFT to worker account.
But my question is that if business partner is paying workers salary through cheque to Bank for creating wages amount on 7th only, so is it under compliance because cheque deposited to Bank by Business Partner but amount not created to worker account by respective Bank.
Please provide us clearity on it. What is act say? Is salary deposited to Bank through cheque by business partner on 7th is under compliance or not ?
