Dear Friend,

Fraud is to be established by the court of law. The company without proper grounds cannot term the actions as fraud, especially the errors committed during the course of discharging your duties, however big or grave they are. The only thing is, you should have accepted the company's termination under fraud.

Like our friend said, unless it is filed with a police station and the police had filed an FIR, it is not legal. Now it is a lesson; better be very careful in the future about your reputation.
