Well, I do not think this is the right way to do networking as there's a privacy issue. Why do you want to fill in the details in the form, and why would people share details with you? You need to specify the reason in detail as to how it will help with no risk to privacy.

I guess I have not represented the things in the right manner; that's why these questions are arising. I have just initiated a small form. If anyone thinks that it's unnecessary or unsecured, then please don't feel that; I have clearly mentioned the same. I was just trying a small initiative.
