Dear All!
Greetings!
A lot has already been said on the subject, but what I think we must consider is the situation under which the question was put forth! While facing interviews, many times an interviewee is not ready for such kind of questions and have to look here and there!
Each one of us has strong and weak areas, and we ourselves are the best judge to identify those areas. Further, others with whom we are getting associated on a regular basis can also contribute to it. Weak areas vary from individual to individual, and similarly, the strong areas... Here we are dealing with weak ones...
Some are weak in communicating, and others struggle while facing cameras, crowds, stages, language barriers, and so on! There is a contradictory view over it! According to some, we must not bother about our weak points; rather, we should concentrate more on our strengths to strengthen them further. Others say we should work on our weak areas to improve them.
My viewpoint in this particular situation is that we must speak the truth and tell the areas where we have weaknesses, and the interviewer would definitely be impressed by our honesty.
Hope my above submissions would add something to what has already been shared!

Your weak point can be turned into a positive factor. For example, if the interviewer asks you about your weak point, here are a few examples:
1. If I see a beggar, I will stop for a while and think about how best I can help him. Immediately, I will contribute some amount to cover his lunch expenses, or if time permits, I will take him to a hotel and provide a meal. This is my weakness.
2. If I encounter someone asking for a bribe, I will seriously consider the situation. Although I do not give in to such requests, I will make an effort to explain to the person why it is wrong and encourage them to refrain from such actions.
3. When I see kindergarten students crying after leaving school, and no one is there to comfort them, I will approach the child to understand the issue and help them stop crying.
These are a few examples, and you can think of some more.
