Can anyone help with a similar query. I have he following breakup in my company eg: Basic(60% of CTC), Special Allowance- Balancing fig,H.R.A- 50% of Basic, TA-800 (fixed),Medical Reimbursement-1250(fixed).If any one has worked for 10 days & his salary is 35000, how should I adjust in my breakup. What is the component in which adjustment should be made.

I don’t know about paid leave. is that means employee’s leave with the deduction of his one day salary ?
