Hi,
I am Rekha . I am working as Hr in telecom networking company. We have contract employees in our company. Some of the new joiners will work for 3 days and leave without informing andafter one month they claim for 3 days salary they worked for.
My question is why we should pay a person work for 3 days and leave without informing.
I just want understand is there any clause saying in Labour laws that we have to pay contract labours even they leave without informing or without servive any notice period inspite of mentioning in offerletter to survive notice period of 15 days.
