Hello,

I am unable to comprehend and appreciate this debate or is it just aimless expression of personal grievances?

I do not know the history of matters being reported/contested.

The overt aims to improve the board, seemed to me an effort to impose own views on others!

Why is so much space is being used up for such a cause?

When I join any community, the first rule, which does not have to be announced is that to get best out of the community, I first CONFORM, get acceptance, then start making suggestion in right quarters instead of demanding things like, "all moderators be removed and the old ones be reinstated". But to each his own and when I am a members of a community comprising hundreds of thousands of members, the least I can do is to extend cooperation to the managers of the board!

However, if I do not like things in a community, or if I find that even reasonable suggestions are ignored, then its best to choose another community than continue to suffer and/or make an effort to impose own views. If I do not find or am unable to make peace and harmony in one community, then I must change address!

I respect all views expressed so far but this discussion will go out of focus if it does not end in good time and I know that I am NOT the person to decide when the good time gets over.

Good luck to those who enjoy this discussion!

Regards

samvedan

My dear friends,
I am sorry that I have not yet been able to add my reply to this discussion. I am chasing a deadline and expect to be of a more pleasant and free disposition by Wednesday evening, which is when I will articulate my thoughts and reply.
Meanwhile, it is wonderful to see so many replies. This community is *so* alive! :-)
