One of the challenges of using case studies of course, is the participants willingness to discuss the case, and to draw from it learning that they can apply in their own situation.
Teaching notes in this regard are really useful with case studies. If any of you have used the case posted by Dhaval Ghandi, I would be most grateful for any feedback on how you did so.
