Dear Mr. Ramesh,
Thank you for the insightful information. One of my doctor friends lost his daughter due to this, but he is spreading this message to all known persons. It is indeed a harsh reality.
Well done, and keep going.

Deal ALL: One of the best - and perhaps the cheapest - remedy for dengue is one teaspoon of papaya leaf extract (it’s very bitter, though) evry morning and evening for three days.

Well, I saw your PPT - quite informative. It should be noted that if we don't do comprehensive work to prevent dengue, the future is quite alarming. The first attack presents as simple dengue, while the second attack may induce a hemorrhagic type, meaning a more complicated outcome.
My tips:
- Don't panic if dengue is detected.
- Watch for warning signs:
- Unstable blood pressure
- Low pulse pressure
- Abdominal pain
- Vomiting
- Tachycardia
- Hemorrhagic platelet monitoring
- BP test for petechiae - applying midway BP apparatus
- Look for petechiae, any epistaxis, rash, petechiae, hematemesis.
If dengue is positive, all you need is to have regular observation for the above points. Most will recover; only a few need admission for observation, and very few require intensive care, especially after the first attack.
