Its hard to a women when humanity gazes stumpy. However, one solution is that if you think that you are correct then go ahead talk to the management and let them know what you are going through and realize/make them aware once again. If still not under route then give them your best solution. Certainly, it happens sometimes that we need to take independent decision.
