Dear all,
thanks a lot for your valuable inputs and suggestions.
Every Indian company wants to get rid of senior people - it is nothing surprise.
i myself screened close to 100 resumes and ensured less experienced in the project(within the project is fine).
But company trying to get rid of people who has served the company for 9-10 years of their active life leaving family and family members and working day night and weekends, and now some how wants to get rid of the company because seniors are expensive !! and wants to save cost on seniors is really hurting me.
