Hi All,

Can anybody help me with KRAs & KPIs of all the sections in the automotive plant? In my company, we have Stores, Dispatch, Sharing, Press Shops, Welding, Tool Room, Plating, and Quality Check sections. I need information for the Heads of Departments, Supervisors, and Workers. This is required on an immediate basis.

    Hi All,

    I am in an automotive plant. I am not aware of the details regarding PF and ESI as my colleagues do not want to disclose it with me. Can anybody help me understand the full procedure of PF and ESI? I would like to know how we calculate it, when we calculate it, which form we have to fill, and how we make the payment. If a new worker joins us, how do we initiate this process? I am looking for a very clear explanation of the process. Please help me out.

    In today's time, we need to have more focus on hiring good people who are at least trainable. A very dangerous aspect is attrition. As an HR partner, I have conducted research on "Why Retention Fails Most." Organizations always look for people who are trainable, stable, and profitable. However, do the employees who hire them ever think about this?

    I work as a recruiter, and my job should not only involve crunching numbers to highlight my dashboard. I should always aim above the skies and plan my hiring method with the above three criteria in mind. By doing so, I can be successful in terms of retention and the stability of the candidates. Being honest in your job does not mean you can't do it; it means you will face challenges, but you will overcome them.
