I want to say that a left employee cannot withdraw the PF money untill annual return is not filed by the previous employer .Because PF dept .will check the a/c no. given by you with a/c no. mentioned in the return.

All our fellow HR persons gave u the wonderful information regarding the PF.
Here i would like to let u know what r the documents u must submitt while ur claiming for PF amount.
The documents are:
1.2 passport size color photographs
2.2 Revenue stamps
3. Identy proof(PAN Card,Passport,Voter Id Card,Driving Card)
4.Cancelled cheque
5. 3 months bank statments
6. Offer letter xerox
7.Cancelled cheque.
