Dear Rajini Kanth,

Probably, you think seniors are mere idiots who cannot interpret your message. From your following message, any body can guess what your message conveyed, i.e, whether you criticised "seniors" (specifically putting seniors within "" marks) on condemning a wasteful and misleading presentation, or you merely wanted some meaningful solution.

"I think...no one needs to get excited...the presentation is a common occurence...those who criticise can post a flowchart and explain good and ideal situations instead of belittling something as i find that the "seniors" only criticise but doesn't pass on their knowledge!"

Your message - [instead of belittling something as I find that ,"seniors" only criticise but does not pass on their knowledge], clearly implied that you were quite appreciative the misleading contents, so you could not digest criticism by the seniors.

Further, by stating that you did not find seniors not passing their knowledge, clearly reveals that you have never been serious in participating in all the posts to see even thousands of valuable solutions provided so far by the senior members, as well as several of junior forum members.

Not only that you have even condemned all the 40 participants, irrespective of whether who have appreciated or criticised the post by stating, "I could not find any instance of any tangible solutions in the 40 posts so far."

So, now I pose a question to you, what tangible solution you could make on your part, if none else could provide any tangible solution, as yours was also one amongst the said 40 posts?

So now explain to all the others of the said 40 participants, what was your tangible solution, which you preferred to make, except criticising the seniors and all others?

Dear Dhingra ji,
I did not condemn all the 40 participants but was only disappointed that there was no positive solution provided and a majority were thinking it as a comedy to be laughed at!
Apart from you and a couple of other fellow members - smbhappy and BS Channi, I could hardly find anyone who had taken the issue posed by the presentation seriously!!
I have started a new thread https://www.citehr.com/303930-will-a...-problems.html attempting to provide a solution.
Thanks and Regards,
Rajinikanth

Of course, the present presentation posted by you can be the solution suggesting the right course of action, while the original post by Bhavesh was merely a mockery of the management functions and a misleading message to all.

What I have gather from the posts of most members who appreciated the Bhavesh's PPT has no minds of their own. They appreciated without applying their minds as to if given to solve any problem, can they apply the solution suggested in the Bhavesh's PPT?
In this forum, I notice that people appreciate any thing that is posted without giving a thought to the contents of the attachment. The seriousness and the maturity that is deserved from HR Managers is totally missing.
A thread is made long enough by mindless appreciations. It is like a "Bhed-Chal" (follow blindly) the previous poster.
It clearly reflects on the intellect of the posters. Are we so poor HR Managers?

Dear Mr. Bhanot,
You are quite right in your observation. You can find most of the members merely as Tamaashbeens (fun lovers), rather than serious managers, leaders or executives who may be interested in learning some valuable things through this forum.

Dear Rajini Kanth,
It would be better, if you post this modified presentation independently, as a first poster, rather than keeping it on the 5th page, which may be getting ignored by several members.

Dear Dhingra ji,
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
I have started a new thread titled https://www.citehr.com/303930-will-a...-problems.html
I look forward to observations and suggestions on that thread.

Nice! This is your positive approach and people would like to get benefitted out of your suggested solutions. BUT edit your introductory language in the thread to the extent that your flow chart not being in response to Bhavesh, but being in replacement of the said flow chart, better substitute the words, "This is in response to Bhaveshj's" with your text as "Substiuting Bhaveshj's misleading" or "In disagreement with Bhaveshj's misleading"
