what is he formula of gratuity? and if any employee is takeing a leave i.e a lady ( maternaity leave ) so would she be able to take the gratuity ? or any employee is given a break from company side then what ?

guys....latest judgement of controlling authority ALC(C) Delhi ,in my case...decided in my favor and ordered (03/06/2010) DMRC Ltd for release of my Gratuity as determined by the CA for my service of 4 yrs 9 months 19 days...so let us be clear & sure about that 5 yrs continuos service thing!!!!!!
