It is definetly the Qualification which is most essential. Having a good qualification with good % of marks leads you to enter any MNCs these days. For a fresher % of marks scored counts. It is basically, it is only upto certain age (say max 35 yrs) our brains absorb book knowledge. Later comes the pratical work experience. Later our brains are pre-occupied with various day to day activities. I suggest all young ones to keep studying as much as possible and later you can gain experience by application of what ever you have learnt into use.
