A small boy was auditioning with his classmates for a school play. I've go to agree with Anj2007, all very good inspirational messages about the power of personal motivation/tenacity in the face of set-backs. But, where is he connection with either leadership or teamwork? Both are processes that, by definition, involve motivating and working with others...no? Might add value, if you added more information about the achievements of the followers that these exceptional individuals inspired or how they used their capabilities to motivate teams to make outstanding achievements.
