Dear Abhinav,
I think PF authorities regularly (Once in 6 months) conduct 2 days workshop on PF and Pension all over India. Pls do contact the locan PF Office or Training Centre and defenitely you can gain more knowledge with printed material (Important guidelines of the Act).

Dear Abhinav,
Practice and Mentoring by Seniors with knowledge in the area is the best way to learn. Operationally, if one were to know the Forms under various Indian Labour Laws, www.labourandemployment.gov.in ( The Government of India Official Website ) could be useful.

Dear Abhihr
Acquring an academic qualification in any field will not keep you updated. If you want to keep yourself updated you have to keep on reading many books latest circulars and also can become a member of reputed Institute.
As regards PF & ESI matters you can become a member of EPILPA- ESI, PF & Other Industrial Law practitiones Association, who can keep you updated on these issues.
