Hello Amar,

As you are a commerce graduate, you can consider pursuing a few financial or accounting courses that are job-oriented. However, please do not rely on any institution blindly, as there are many that charge high fees but do not provide quality education. Be analytical and focus on expanding your knowledge through studies. Strive to secure a good job that offers exposure, as it can greatly benefit you if you are not planning to pursue further studies.

If you need any assistance, I am here to help.

Hi Akhilesh,

Thank you for your advice. As I am working as a payroll executive, I find this profile to be one of the most challenging, and I would like to enhance my skills in this area. I believe that specializing in payroll is crucial for upgrading my profile, as many companies have a high demand for this expertise.

I also need to mention that I am a bit weak in accounting.

Regards,
Amar

Hello Akhilesh,

Though certification has its value, the job market considers the number of years of experience in SAP HCM. Experience makes a person far more perfect with practical knowledge than the theoretical part, with a few examples. Currently, I am working in Australia as an HR Manager. Since the opportunities I got in SAP were always far from my state of residence, I had to opt for an HR career. My email id is: lizancy@yahoo.com.

Dear Akhilesh,

I have completed SAP HR but I have some doubts in Time Management. Could you kindly clarify them for me? Additionally, can you suggest any reader-friendly materials or websites for SAP reference?

Hi Akhilesh,

I'm a member of this group and I learned SAP HR, but I don't have any experience. I have 3 years of experience in domains like recruiting, staffing, training, etc. But now, if I want to enter into SAP, will they consider me as a fresher or with experience?

Please email me your suggestions at kumarmhrm@gmail.com.

Thank you!
