Office is paying to my collegues without asking for call details so why will they ask me? I'm paying to office for my personal calls. I have already brought new mobile for my personal call and I'm doing calls from tht but I want to resolve this issue and want to know the actual reason behind this. As I have mentioned earlier that I have already paid 64% of total bill for more than 1 yr and company paid 17% for me and 18 % for rental.

Well well well.... Its strange the auditors are behaving in such fashion....I agree with a few of my collegues in here who state that "if you are paying for your calls then the company has no right to point a finge at you". Your company should come up with a limit...say a limit of 800. And if an emplyee crosses 800, then he is supposed to pay for the excess amount....by doing this you know that the company will have to bear a fixed cost and any excess would be charged to the employee.

HI, Please tell the idiot auditor to check the company policy limits and not the calling time.. his duty is to check the amounts and not the timings.
The problem with Auditor is that thay have to find some mistakes or they have to prove that they are working effectively...

well. i too handle com mob . but i am given a top ceiling and of course i am not paying it even i am going beyond the limit . my boss just says me check your bill and that's it. it depends on the com policy. as for ur case is concerned it seems some body is tagetting u. well u always can carry sec mob. but this shows that u have surren. if u hav eall the prrof of paying ur part of the bill i beleive u shud fight out. auditing mob bills by auditors and watching time of calls , all nonsense. u better check out wats the fact ?

Thanks for your reply... Auditors didn't tell me directly so I can't tell anything to them. This is just a cyclic process. Auditors to GM, GM to Manager, Manager to me.. so I just can't take any direct action.

Generally I called to my family and friends at late night. I pay by chque for my personal bill.

Recently, company is telling me that auditor is pointing out for my mobill bill that why my mobile bill amount is more and why after office hour.
I should laugh at the fact that, why calls are made after office hour... the question is really ridiculous
So I would like to know that is it real fact? do auditors really check the mobile bill and the timings of call or administrative officer is just trying to targetting me due to some reasons?
this is the first time, i am hearing that auditors are seeing the time,,,
Sit & Analyse, if any you problem or conflict you had with admin officer.
the best way is another connection & use only for PERSONAL CALLS.
