Just mix one ounce of rose water with bathing water.

Thanks Asha, for starting a good thread! Gr8 suggestions by all others..
I would like to add "buttermilk" to the list. Take it everyday after lunch, it surely will bring down the heat in the body. Also, "chilled lassi" is a nice option.

take lot of fruits. this is the season of mangoes and waterelon. have butter milk daily afternoon which is better than the curds. dont go for too cold drinking water. it will reduce the quantity of water intake.take cold water bath to reduce heat from body.
