Is there anyone working in Chemical Industry or in MNC who can share the bonus policy of Bangladesh applicable for employees who are not workers.
We have 4 Sales people working in Bangladesh and all are provided with bonus opportunity as per company Policy. Is it mandatory to have Festival bonus on top of the Performance Bonus scheme. Actually there are no labours working not we have any plant or production in Bangladesh. So for these employees who are Executives and Managers who are responsible for sales, will they be administered as per their contract for bonus or how that works.
