I am looking for Registration myself as a Govt. Approved Contractor for official works , cleaning and supply office stationery . but I don't know what is the procedure and what is the eligibility to register.

Should I obtained fresh Registration Certificate from the Labour Commissioner in case of any change of contractors (providing more than 20 labours)? What is the procedure please.
