31- I agree with you on all points mentioned by you except one.
- Contractor was already corrupt, only when demands from other side increased, he complained to Management. He is a party to corruption and has abetted corruption and abused system for a long time. Hence he can not be spared and shielded. I am sure there will be many more contractors working with this company and they will also get a right message once this contractor is suspended. They will have to clean up their act, before they are caught.
